    We structure rebates and grants that cover anywhere from 75%-100% of the entire project. Our team handles the equipment, permitting, and buildout — your investment is the space, not the spend.

  • Who's responsible for maintenance and repairs?

    We are. Ongoing maintenance is built into the agreement, so if a charger goes down, it's on us to fix it — not a call you have to make or a cost you have to absorb.

  • What if my property doesn't have much EV demand yet?

    That's normal, and it's part of why the model works — usage grows over time as EV adoption increases in the area, and your revenue share grows with it. You're not paying for unused capacity; you're capturing upside as it builds. These rebates won't be here forever.

  • Will installation disrupt my property or tenants?

    Work is scheduled to minimize disruption — typically limited to a small section of the lot during installation, with no impact on your building's existing electrical systems or day-to-day operations. We coordinate timing directly with you.
